Exercise time

The corporate cup is upon me, and I am apprehensive as I don’t feel as aerobically fit as I did last year. I’ve decided to pull my finger out and get the fitness going. Will mix it up, but I want to get close to my previous best time; hopefully I can beat it. I will have to hit the exercise hard, increase my aerobic fitness and get ready for the running. I will then have to set my sights on something else…
